Peninsula Gardens is a 10.59-acre property that was acquired by PenMet Parks in 2010. This site is not open to the public for park use or other recreation programming at this time, and a Master Plan has been adopted for developing the former Peninsula Gardens property into a community park. Phase 1 of the project will be underway in 2025 and include a demolition of the existing structures and Phase 1 design.
