From beginner to the most advanced; we strive to make sure every child is provided with the opportunity to seek out their passion. PenMet Parks is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and active environment for everyone to enjoy. We are proud to offer recreational activities where participants will learn and grow through all levels of play and enrichment.

Gymnastics

PenMet Parks has partnered with Harbor Gymnastics to provide safe and effective, fundamental gymnastics instruction during the early childhood years that prepares the young athlete for any sport.

We are now offering preschool activities and they are more popular than ever! We offer a wide variety of camps for all ages and abilities. Whether you are looking to try out a new activity, or sharpen your skills in a sport, we have something for everyone.

Kids Night Out

Is it “Kid’s Night Out” or “Parent’s Night Off?” No matter which way you look at it, these fun and engaging nights are a perfect way for kids ages 5 to 12 to enjoy the weekend. We provide crafts, games, movies, and more, in a safe and fun environment.

Activity FAQ

How do I know when enrollment opens for my activity?

The activity will show the open enrollment date when you go to the activity page here. It will also show if the activity is in progress and/or the dates it begins.

How will I know where to go when my activity begins?

The dates, times, and places are generally included in the activity information when signing up. It is also included on your receipt when you enroll/register. For some activities that meet at different locations each time, you will receive intermittent welcome/update emails regarding those meet-up locations, though the dates and times will rarely change.

I didn’t get a Welcome Email and I don’t know where to go.

Your enrollment receipt will have the start date and time on it. If your activity is coming up within the next few days and you haven’t seen your Welcome Email, please check your Spam folder as it may be in there. If you still cannot locate it, please call our office at 253-858-3400 so we can assist you. Please note that we do not prorate the fee if you miss a scheduled activity date in your registered program.

What does it mean to be waitlisted?

That means that the activity is already full and you have been put “in line” in the event another registrant withdraws. Your receipt will tell you your position on the waitlist at the time you are added to the waitlist.

How do refunds or credits work?

Life happens, and at PenMet Parks, we are here to help you navigate schedule changes to the best of our ability. If you need to withdraw yourself or a member of your family from an activity, email us at . Registrants are able to withdraw for a full refund or credit on their ActiveNet account up to 7 days prior to the activity start date.

Why can’t I refund my activity to another debit/credit card?

At this time, we are only able to refund back to the original payment card. If that card is no longer available, you can choose to have a check mailed to you or have the funds posted as a credit on your ActiveNet account to use for a future activity.

How does Drop-off and Pick-up work for my child’s activity?

All adults that are authorized to pick up your participant must be recorded in your ePACT account. All authorized adults must show a photo ID upon pickup. It is the responsibility of the parent to notify all adults that are authorized to bring a photo ID with them for pickup.

My child is not the right age for this activity yet, but they have a birthday just after it begins. Am I able to enroll them?

Please give us a call at 253-858-3400. We are happy to explore options together for your child.

What should my child wear to their activity?

The suggested attire for each activity varies. It will always be included on your receipt at the time of enrollment and/or on the activity’s page on our website.

How is emergency contact/medical information set up for me or my child?

PenMet Parks uses an emergency medical software called ePACT to safely store all emergency contact and authorized pickup information. Please check your email for an invite directly from ePACT to set up your account.
