Volunteer Vern Pavilion
Volunteer Vern Pavilion, nestled within Sehmel Homestead Park, boasts an idyllic barn-style building that spills outdoors. Featuring beautiful roll-away doors that create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience, guests will enjoy the fresh air and stunning scenery while still being sheltered from the elements. On the patio area, a charming outdoor arbor offers a perfect place for memorable photos or presentations. With a capacity of 120 people, the space is ideal for a wide range of events. Arletta Schoolhouse offers historic architecture and modern conveniences to make any event special. Arletta Schoolhouse was recently renovated and offers a comfortable capacity of 75 people, making it perfect for a small wedding, a cozy family reunion, a productive corporate meeting, and much more. Rosedale Hall has been a beloved gathering space in the community and was fully renovated in 2024. Featuring a raised stage, large windows, a catering kitchen, and gorgeous hardwood floors, Rosedale Hall is an exceptional choice for your next event. The main ballroom is perfect for live performances thanks to high-quality acoustics, and has been technologically outfitted for speakers, amps, screens, and more. With a cozy capacity of 60 people, this venue offers huge possibilities for weddings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and even family reunions. District Headquarters
The PenMet Parks District Headquarters was constructed in 2023 as part of the Recreation Center campus and offers plenty of space for the community to gather and celebrate. With a catering kitchen and spacious lobby, there is plenty of room to host memorable events and celebrations for a capacity of 60 people. The Woodworth Family Foundation Conference Room has a capacity of 15 people and is perfect for business meetings, workshops, seminars, or presentations so your team can have a productive space away from the office. No matter what you are gathering for, the District Headquarters can meet every need seamlessly.
