Large Event Permits
Certain activities, events, and uses of facilities require a Large Event Permit to ensure safety, proper planning, and compliance with local regulations.
A Permit may be required for, but is not limited to:
- Large gatherings or organized events
- Tournaments, leagues, or athletic competitions
- Festivals, fundraisers, or community celebrations
- Amplified sound or live entertainment
- Food trucks or outside vendors
- Commercial photography or filming
- Activities involving temporary structures (tents, stages, inflatables, etc.)
Application Process
All applications must be submitted in advance of the proposed event date. Applications are reviewed to assess scheduling availability, staffing needs, safety considerations, and impact on facilities.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Additional documentation may be required, including:
- Certificate of Insurance
- Site layout or event map
- Security or traffic management plan
- Health department permits (if applicable)
